One night I was invited to a friend of a friends house. And once I had arrived,as soon as I entered the House,I noticed it was covered in filth,and there was a really bad smell of cat urine. I could also hear the sound of a doves and feathers flapping violently in the background. after being there awhile I got up to use the bathroom,and when I entered; to my shock and horror, there was two white dove in a cage shoved in the bottom of her bathrooms closit. It was sickning! it looked as if she had never cleaned the cage.There was bird waiste filled up to half the height of the cage and there was no water and a little food that was mixed with bird waiste. 
The Doves where badly feather plucked and where starting to mutitlate their skin. And if that wasn't bad enough there was two cats sitting in front of the cage eyeing the birds like they were supper.!
The next day I called my mom (Diane) and told her about the birds I had seen. She told me to get a hold of the girl and find out if i could take them. so I called the girl and she told me that she was moving away and had planed on giving them to her neigbour. who's house was worst then her place. the neigbour was a well known bad apple in town and had partys going on all the time. 
I finally convinced her to have the birds dropped off at my place so Diane could come and pick them up. And when she did she was shocked, and really mad. But now, these beautiful birds have a great home with some new friends, and are on the road to a great recovery.All I can say is THANK GOD I FOUND THEM .
